Labaku Balance Withdrawal During the 2025 Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr Holiday Period

Referring to the 2025 National Holiday Announcement regarding the observance of Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr 2025, we would like to inform you about adjustments to Labamu transaction terms, which include the following:

1. Labamu services will continue to operate as usual.

2. QRIS transaction fund withdrawals from March 27 – April 7, 2025, will be processed starting April 8, 2025. 

3. During the holiday period, the Sameday Fund Processing Method can still be used as usual. QRIS balances will be credited on the same day at 9:00 PM, with a Settlement Fee of 1%.

How to Activate the Sameday Fund Processing Method:

1. Open the Labaku menu and select Settings (top right).

2. Choose Sameday Fund Processing and press Save Changes.

3. Select Yes, Change to confirm.
