Pro Membership offers the most comprehensive features for franchise businesses, including online order management and multi-outlets , for Rp400,000 per month.

If the membership is not renewed, the premium features available in the package will be deactivated and you will return to being a Basic Member.

Here are some of the benefits you can experience after verifying your account.
Create Free Static QRIS: After your account is verified, you can apply to create QRIS for your shop for free.
Increase Customer Trust: With a verified account, customers will be more confident in making transactions at your store.
More Secure Data: By verifying your account, your business will be protected from data and transaction misuse.
1. Complete your business profile on the “Business Information” page.
2. Click “Start Account Verification.”
3. Take a selfie according to the guide.
4. E-KTP photo according to the guide.
5. Complete your personal data according to your E-KTP.
6. If everything is correct, click “Send Data.”

Customers can verify / KYC as many as 3x in 1x24 hours. If the verification has failed 3x, the customer can verify again after 1X24 hours. When verifying again, please pay attention to the following:
1. when photographing E-KTP:
a. Place the E-KTP on a flat and plain base.
b. Ensure proper lighting when taking the photo.
c. The image should not be blurry, make sure it is in focus and clear.
d. Make sure the physical E-KTP still looks good.
e. Ensure that the data inputted in the system is correct and in accordance with the E-KTP.
2. E-mail address input:
a. Make sure the email address inputted is an active email address.
b. There are no blank spaces in the characters in the input column.
3. When taking a face photo/Selfie:
a. Make sure the camera is perpendicular to the face object.
b. Make sure the lighting is bright and not backlight or dim.
c. The face photo is expected to be similar / in accordance with the photo on the E-KTP.
d. Do not use attributes when taking face/selfie photos as well as face photos on the E-KTP ,such as attributes: masks, glasses, hijab (if not using hijab, or vice versa).
e. Please wear clothing when taking a selfie.
1. Keep your PIN/password secret and do not tell anyone, including Labamu employees;
2. Change your PIN/password periodically;
3. Use a PIN/password that is difficult to guess, avoid using personal identification numbers such as date of birth.
4. Do not record your PIN/password which is easily accessible to other people.
5. The PIN/password for one product must be different from the PIN/password for other products.
Pendaftaran Rekening Labaku by Nobu
No. To register for a Labaku by Nobu account, you must first complete KYC/Verification on your Labamu account.
No. Registering for a Labaku by Nobu account is optional, not mandatory.
No. Once successfully registered, users cannot change bank accounts.
No. Registered ' Labaku Account by Nobu ' accounts cannot be deleted, opted out of, or deactivated independently. To delete, opt out of, or deactivate your account, please visit your nearest Nobu Bank branch to deactivate your account.
No. Currently, the ' Labaku Account by Nobu ' registration feature is not available for HQ ( multi-outlet ) account users.
The fund transfer limit per transaction to other banks is IDR 250,000,000. During long weekends (e.g., Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays/collective leave), the maximum limit per transaction is IDR 50,000,000.
Rekening Labaku By Nobu
Labaku Account By Nobu is Labamu balance which is connected to Labaku account at a partner bank, in this case Bank Nobu.
You simply fill in the application data in the Labamu application

- Yes, Labamu balance will be connected to Labaku account at the bank and can be used directly for transactions and business activities.

Yes, you can make transactions to withdraw Labamu balance like transactions using mobile banking, namely by using the following methods: BI Fast and Online Transfer.

Yes, Labamu provides digital payment options for both online and offline transactions. Transactions become faster and more efficient.
Labamu provides a variety of digital payment method options, namely:
QRIS (Dynamic and Static);
Interbank Transfer;
Digital Wallet (E-Wallet); and
Virtual Account (VA).
In accordance with government regulations for transaction fees using QRIS, new provisions apply as below:
Labamu users with Basic accounts 1. Every transaction less than IDR 500,000 is free of 0% mdr fees 2. Every transaction more than IDR 500,000 will be charged a 0.3% mdr fee (Static QRIS) 3. Valid for users who are registered as Micro businesses and already have Static QRIS 4. Platform fees are charged at 2% of each transaction
Labamu users with Premium and Pro accounts: 1. Every transaction less than IDR 500,000 is free of 0% mdr fees 2. Every transaction more than IDR 500,000 will be subject to a 0.3% mdr fee (Static QRIS) 3.Valid for users who are registered as Micro businesses and already have Static QRIS 4. Free 0% Platform fee from every transaction
QRIS Statis
Here are the differences.
Static QRIS : Uses a fixed and unchanging QR code. Customers enter the payment amount manually. Suitable for small businesses with low transaction volumes. Easy to use, but less efficient for businesses with high transaction volumes.
Dynamic QRIS : Uses a QR code that changes for each transaction with a stated payment amount. Suitable for businesses with high transaction volumes. Faster, more efficient, and safer, but requires a more sophisticated payment system.
Both are equally easy to use and available on Labamu for all users (Basic, Premium, and Pro).
Open your Labamu application.
Click “Get QRIS for Your Business” at the top.
Complete your personal and business data (Home address, RT, RW, Village, District, photo of business location must be filled in completely, otherwise it will affect the application process)
If the data is correct, click “Continue.”
Wait for the data verification process from the Labamu Team.
If the application has been approved, then:
- You can click “QRIS Static” to start using it.
- You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been approved.
The Static QRIS registration process takes 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).
Of course you can. You can download your business' Static QRIS and print it to put on the cashier's desk.
Transactions using Labamu Static QRIS can be done via M-Banking and E-Wallet.
Yes, transactions with Static QRIS are subject to transaction fees.
1. Premium and Pro Member: 0.3% per transaction
2. Premium and Pro Member: 0.7% per transaction (Dynamic QRIS)
3. Basic Member: 2% per transaction.
No, your Static QRIS will not expire and can be used forever because there is no active period.
Pencairan Saldo Labaku
The following is the schedule and details of the Labaku balance disbursement.
Transactions from Dynamic QRIS can be processed to Labaku Balance in two ways,
(A) Sameday Funds Process with an additional 1% fee
*Transactions from Static QRIS and Virtual Account can be disbursed on the same business day (including on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays and collective leave) in the 15.00 and 20.00 time windows.
*The minimum balance that can be disbursed is IDR50,000.
(B) Standard Funds Process for H+1 disbursement.
*Transactions from QRIS Static and Virtual Account can be disbursed on the next working day at 15.00.
*The minimum balance that can be withdrawn is Rp50,000.
*Transaction funds that enter the Labaku balance above Rp5,000,000 will be processed within 1 working day, and above Rp10,000,000 will be processed within 2 working days.
*Friday, Saturday, Sunday transactions will be disbursed on the next business day and or Monday.
*Transactions on Public Holidays and Collective Leave follow bank regulations.
The maximum amount to withdraw your Labaku balance is :
- Rp.500,000,000 for BCA, DBS, Mandiri, OCBC, BNI, BSI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, Permata Bank, Danamon Bank
- Rp.50,000,000 for other banks
-Rp.2,000,000 (unverified) & Rp.20,000,000 (verified) Ewallet (Dana/OVO/GopayShopeepay/LinkAja)
- Rp.50,000,000 for Nobu Cobrand account
Produk Digital (PPOB)
Digital Products is one of the features in the Labamu application that makes it easier for customers to pay their daily bills. The Digital Product (PPOB) feature is perfect for counter entrepreneurs, payment agents, grocery stores, and other entrepreneurs who want to find additional income.
No, you don't need to top up your balance first to be able to sell Labamu Digital Products. You can directly transact with customers and make payments using the method you want.
Of course! All Labamu users, including you, can sell Digital Products. Moreover, if you subscribe as a Premium or Pro Member, you will enjoy cheaper PPOB prices and smaller transaction fees. Profits are maximized!
User wajib melampirkan bukti yang valid, seperti kode RRN, bukti pembayaran bank, dan melampirkan status transaksi yang ada di aplikasi Labamu.
Tanpa bukti valid, Labamu berhak untuk tidak memproses refund.
Labamu akan melakukan pengecekan keabsahan transaksi berdasarkan bukti yang diberikan.
Refund akan diproses maksimal dalam 2x24 jam hari kerja.

The Labamu application can be downloaded and used on various devices, both with Android systems (minimum version 5) and iOS (minimum version 11).
The HP capacity required to be able to use the Labamu application is 32GB ROM. However, we highly recommend installing Labamu on a cellphone with a capacity of 64GB or more so that the application runs better and smoother.
Yes, for Pro users, the Labamu application can be used to manage multiple branches ( multi-outlets ) and can be accessed by the owner and employees at the same time.
